Welcome to the Poughkeepsie Waterfront Market!
As a prospective vendor, we ask that you review our 2020 Vendor Rules and Guidelines before applying to make sure this opportunity is a good fit for you and your business. We look to our vendors as true partners in our Market and acknowledge that you are critical to its success!
As you prepare your Vendor Application, please also refer to the Permit, License and Certification Guidelines set forth by the Farmers Market Federation of New York. This document outlines the permitting requirements for farmers market vendors that we are obligated to follow as a market operating in New York State.

Priority will be given to vendors requesting to sell Hudson Valley grown, raised or foraged ingredients, specifically: vegetables, fruits, grains, dairy products, meats, fish, poultry, game, eggs, mushrooms, maple products, honey, herbs, plants, flowers, cheese, jams, pickles, baked goods, fruit juice, processed and prepared foods.
The Poughkeepsie Waterfront Market is also pleased to welcome select vendors of wine, cider, beer and spirits that is produced in the Hudson Valley. (Some restrictions may apply.) Vendors wishing to sell crafts such as soap, wool products, bee products and other agriculturally related items will also be considered when these items are created using Hudson Valley grown, raised or foraged products.
Space will also be made available to local artisans of select culinary items, including by not limited to: handmade cutting boards and utensils, hand-made pottery bowls and platters, tea towels, trivets, potholders, oven mitts and other hand-crafted kitchenware items.
