Spring Break Science Workshops – Dough Science!

This spring break, we’re offering two exciting science workshops about everyone’s favorite topic- food!
In this workshop, we’re taking dough apart to find the science behind all the different ingredients. We’ll test different flours, learn about eggs, experiment with leavening agents and even have some fun learning to knead. Then parents and kids will work together to make their very own doughy creation.
Cost: $5.00 a child with museum admission.
